Introduction of the Plastic recycling Machine
Waste plastic crusher is one of the necessary equipment which Recycles and granulates waste plastic, it can crushes all kinds of plastic (woven bag, farm plastic, plastic bag, canopy cloth etc.) into small pieces, short thread, when crushing the plastic the machine also can clean plastic. After the cleaning, wet-plastic comes into the dryer with the drying equipment makes them into dry and out from the discharge hopper.
Main System and Functional
1.Plastic crusher
It needs a man to feed the waste plastic into the crusher; the plastic will be cut into 3cm-5cm by the crusher.
2.Cleaning pipeline
The small pieces go into the cleaning pipe, will be cleaned by the involving paddle inside of the cleaning pipeline.
3.plastic dryer
The small pieces after cleaned were sent to the plastic dryer. After dried the finished plastic pieces will be sent out to the discharge hope.
